The service staff demonstrated attentiveness during my stay, ensuring my needs were met. I faced an issue with the shower when I first checked in, but their response included an apology and adjustments to my morning meal. I appreciated their effort, but not having a proper lounge area made it difficult to relax with my colleagues.
